Picture of Basil and Garlic Infused Olive Oil

If you have a great seasoning made of dried spices, this recipe is ideal to make the most of it!

I personally love a seasoning mix of roasted garlic, onion and sweet pepper. Imagine adding the fresh and aromatic flavor of Basil to it… simply a delight for the taste!

Fill the bottle with olive oil. Add dried spices and Basil. Close can. In around 15 minutes the oil will start changing color but it is recommended to let set the flavor for 3 days before eating it.

You published 3 ibles about oil infusions and made no warning about botulism. In each one of them the leaves break through the surface and could therefor be contagious. In none of them is a warning to heat the oil before usage to destroy the toxin. You put yourself and your whole family in danger.
