A quick and easy herby booze.
Step 1: Ingredients
You will need a large handful of fresh basil... about 50g
You will also need some Vodka. You can use as much vodka as you happen to have. I had about 2/3 of a bottle.
Shove the basil into your vodka, leaving out any bruised or wilted leaves.
Use the back end of a wooden spoon to pack the basil down into the vodka.
Top up with more vodka until the leaves are covered.
Seal with a tight fitting cork and leave to infuse until neon green.
