It's a known fact that plastic bags will reproduce exponentially if not closely watched.
To avoid such an embarassment, use an empty tissue box to corral the bags in one area.
With plastic bags conveniently stored they can now go shopping, be dropped off at the library/thrift store, stored in the car for garage sale purchases, mounted on a cabinet door, or kept near the dog leash before their reproduction capabilities strike again.
