Step 1: Ingredients
Cheese Slice or triangle
Step 2: Beef Patty
a few drops of either lemon or lime should give it a zing too...
Step 3: Preparing the Bun's
1)slice the bun in half
3) Now apply a layer of Mustard Paste on the top half of the bun
4)Then spread some Ketchup on top of the mustard.
optional- you could grind some onion so it has a finely chopped effect and spread a bit of it on the ketchup too
and the buns are ready!!
Step 4: Frying the Patties
2) Then flatten those balls, make sure the edges aren't cracked or they will start to break after frying, so flatten the balls into patty shapes in your palm and then smooth the edges with your fingers
3) add about a tablespoon of butter for each patty into the frying pan and then fry them for 5 mins aside.
4) after one side is done then flip them over, now add a slice of cheese or a squash a triangle and smoothen it on the patties, once the other side is done flip them again to melt the cheese.
and your done.
