Belgian Waffles with a coconut oil/cream cheese twist (Valentine's Day Edition)

I love waffles, and I bet most girls do.  So for all those who are planning the breakfast in bed thing, consider these as an option she/or he will love!

Belgian Waffles
Dry ingredients:
1 cup of cake flour
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
3/4 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
Wet ingredients:
Sour cream replacement (see below)
1 tbs of vanilla
3 tbs of coconut oil (melted)
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites (these will be beaten individually in order to create a fluffier waffle)

Sour cream replacement:  
2/3 cups of water or milk if you want a richer denser waffle
1 cheese cream block
4 drops of Red food coloring (optional for valentine's day edition)

YIELDS 4 BELGIAN WAFFLES
Toppings: Any
I used strawberries and honey

Penelopy, I accidentally discovered these when I was out of sour cream, and after making both recipes determined this one was best. In my opinion, these waffles are incredible!
