1 tbs of vanilla
3 tbs of coconut oil (melted)
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites (these will be beaten individually in order to create a fluffier waffle)

Whisk in Vanilla, egg yolks, sour cream replacement, and coconut oil together

Beat the egg whites until fluffy and set aside.  DON'T SKIP THIS STEP, it is what gives the waffle the fluffiest results, also it makes the end product eclair like in texture.
Sounds good! I love waffles with strawberries on top :)

Penelopy, I accidentally discovered these when I was out of sour cream, and after making both recipes determined this one was best. In my opinion, these waffles are incredible!
