Perfect for your July 4th Weekend BBQ!
Step 1: The Marinade...
(in all probability you could do this with bone in meat...but this makes for easier eating)
Here's the marinade:
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup soy sauce
2 Cups of lemon lime soda
Pour that over the top of the meat and stir it around.
Cover it and refrigerate overnight...or up to 2 days or so.
Step 2: Grill It!
or broil it in the oven on a broiler pan. Both turn out incredible!
But since it's summer time here, we grill it. About 10 minutes on each side on low.
Step 3: Enjoy!
The meat is soft and tender...a little crisp from the grill.
We grilled corn on the cob and summer squash too!
Yummy. No leftovers...
