Best Bed Bug trap / Bedbug Safe bed mattress bag help- No More Bites
I hate my neighbor.

If you have this problem THIS METHOD will allow you to have a comfortable stress free night's sleep.

Be aware that north America is under siege by bed bugs and libraries, hotels and even movie theaters are infested.

You should also run your bedding through at LEAST a 40 minute dryer set on HIGH for a full cycle.
The rule in general is to wash and dry your bedding and clothes in hot water and high heat dryer. But it is heat that kills them and their eggs.

Needed;
Bed bug proof (or dust mite proof = same diff) mattress bag
* if  a dust mite cant get through neither can a bed bug- I have this on good authority*
1 roll 1.5 inch wide double sided carpet tape - 25 foot long roll
Freshly dried ( at least 40 minutes on High heat) small blanket
Freshly dried ( at least 40 minutes on High heat) small sheet or mattress cover
Freshly dried ( at least 40 minutes on High heat)  pillows and pillow cases

Keep in mind that even the most expensive mattress bag rips extremely easy. Be careful if you move it, slide it or lift it and inspect it as often as possible for holes. Once you have applied the tape do NOT try to rip it off or reposition it. If  you mess up. Cut the tape off and apply a new piece over the mistake.
