Introduction: Best Burnt Roasted Cauliflower & Broccoli Recipe - Quick & Easy!
Health Food can taste good! You just have to know how to prepare it. After eliminating grains, wheat, pastas, processed foods, going light on meats and fish, what’s left? In this series I’m going to show you how to cook cruciferous vegetables that are addictive. That’s roasted cauliflower, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, and cabbage.

1 - Head Cauliflower,
3 - tablespoons of Coconut oil or Avocado oil
½ Teaspoon: - (All or what you prefer) Fennel, Cumin & Coriander - Turmeric & Ginger - Himalayan Pink Salt ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne or Black Pepper,
3 cloves of garlic & Chopped onion or powder
Cook for about 35 to 45 minutes at 425 F
3 Tablespoons of Avocado oil
½ - 1 teaspoon - Rosemary, Himalayan salt, Garlic Powder
Cook - 25 – 30 minutes at 425 F
