Best cookies ever are made from sprouted wheat flours with real butter and real sea salt, and real stevia instead of sugar. The taste buds like them AND the body likes them too :-)

Ya know, stevia makes my throat feel funny when I eat it. I think ill stick to reduced sugar cookies or using honey/maple syrup.

Earth Balance is a decent butter replacement for people who dont want to or cant eat butter.

You dont have to stick to a set of rules to make the best cookies ever I dont think, What works for you, works for you; but it may not work for others.

They all look so good. I think I've gained a pound or two just looking at the pics. Thanks for all the recipes together.
