it works best with a knife. You can also use scissors or pooke it out with something that can reach through.

On a different project people were saying to stick a chop sick in the other end and push the plug out.

I took the pen ink thing out, then used the tip to push the bottom out through the pen "barrel" (white part)

bite on it till it pops off

when i make them i just take scisors and put them at an angle right below it and thrust upward. it takes off little shavings but hooks on to the end and pops it out. i was going to make an instructable on this when my friend showed it to me. if nobodies showed how to make the crossbow style with trigger, ill put that up.

I think the best way to do that is to subscribe to each other's probikes. I will try to subscribe to you but I'm on my iPod so it might not press the sub button right. If not, I'm getting up early tommorow and I will do it then.
