Step 2Assemble

First, take the speakers and put them in the boxes, ensuring that they are sealed, add grillz or whatever ... Then see if your T-amp will fit in the water bottle holder. It should, but if it doesn't, just duct tape it somewhere. Take a filled speaker box, and hold it against the frame of the bike, near the front, and far enough from you that your knees never touch the box. then, circle it in duct tape, making sure not to disturb brake lines and anything else that's operation critical. You may need someone else to hold it at this point, but just for a few minutes. Hold the other box against the frame on the opposite side and duct tape one to the other, circling around the front a few times, so that there is a loop of duct tape around the edges of the speaker boxes, but in front of the handle bars. do this to the back part too. They should be held on, but still pretty loose and resting on the front fork. Push them forward as far as they will go, and wrap nylon rope around the duct tape that is exposed between the two boxes, and wrap it around the handlebar stalk also and tie it tight. That way, they can't drift backwards and cause you to crash. Then, wrap a length of nylon rope around the lower part of the exposed loop of duct tape in the front while lifting the whole thing up. Wrap it around the left handlebar and tie it, then do the same to the right.
At this point, assuming your bike is anything like mine, the speakers should be attached pretty good, but still considerably angled. When you turn, the fork turns too, and will normally scrape the boxes if you just leave them there. By attaching the nylon to both handlebars, when you turn, you not only turn the fork, but raise the boxes up so that they cannot be damaged by or damage your bike.
then just connect some wire to the speaker boxes, ziptie your way down to the water bottle holder, and wrap the excess wire (you will have some, don't cut it) around that little rod that leads upwards to your seat, then ziptie it in place so that it just reaches the amp and tin the leads. Attach any external battery you may be using. If you are using my battery pack, then place it on the upper bar and either tape it or nail it or however you want to attach it, and run the wire from it down towards the amp.
Now, plug the headphone cable into the amp, then ziptie it up to the seat, wrap it twice around some part of the seat and ziptie it again.
