a diy weld free and cheap bike trailer wich can be made for £10!!
Step 1: Step 1
This is the hard part of makeing the trailer "if you only have a hand saw and you are 13 years of age" but any way moveing on you will need too cut...
7 30inc lenths of 2x1 timber "FOR THE MAIN FRAME"
4 4inc lenths of 2inc flat metal bar "WHEEL BRACES"
and lie them out in place like on the pic below.
Step 2: Step 3
now you will need to start to screw it together and bolt the wheel braces on "I used wood screws for my trailer but you could nail it together but I would not recormend it !! same for the wheels braces if you dont have any bolts i would not recormend nails but screws would be ok but bolts are the best for that job !
BEFOR YOU BUT THE WHEELS BRACES ON FIT THE WHEELS to them ANY SIZE wheels WILL DO AS LONG AS THAY ARE THE SAME !!
Step 3: Step 3
Right now that you have done all of that i will say this now "" I DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU AND YOUR TRAILER IF YOU HURT YOUR SELF WHILST BUILDING THIS TRAILER OR USEING IT IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM YOU ARE RESPONSABLE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR TRAILER IF IT SNAPS IN HALF IN THE RUSH HOUR TRAFIC ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY YOU USE AND MAKE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK THANKS FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!""
moveing on now will be the best time to paint your trailer if you want too but you will now need to start makeing the draw bar a.k.a the meatle bit on the front of the trailer the meatle that i used was 1 inch wide roof bar "it is used to hold tin roofs down and roof timbers down" but any old thing will do even wood but metal is the strong its best off screwed on to the timber frame or bolts woud be good it you have that many. bolt it to geather in the middle where it joins
