Introduction: Biogas From Leftovers
our relative who is beside our home had 4 acres of land.For 4 to 5 years the crops grown in his field gave him a huge profit. At 6th year of his field he got only some profit because his field had degrade in minerals of his soil due to excess of artificial fetilizers. At the same time I have observed that there is increase in LPG gas. So I decided to make a biogas mini plant to get gas required and manure which was required to farmer. So I completed this project within 2$ only.
Step 1: Materials and Tools Required
2.some PVC pipes.
3.waste to be converted.(leftovers)
4.hot glue and m-seal
5.tapes and tool kit
6.black coating on water can(for more observing of heat)

Step 2: Procedure
- Take a water can and cut as shown in the main picture.
- Fix two pipe pumps. One at the bottom to collect the manure and other at upside for output of gas.
- Fix a huge pipe for inputing the waste material.
- Seal all the openings to prevent the gas not to come out.
- Above picture is schematic for this biogas plant with high tech. So, I have simplified it to easy like my project.
- Now your project is almost ready.
Step 3: Conclusion
Now it is very useful. We have done a best out of waste.Biogas typically refers to a mixture of different gases produced by the breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen. Biogas can be produced from raw materials such as agricultural waste, manure, municipal waste, plant material, sewage, green waste or food waste. Biogas is a renewable energy source and in many cases exerts a very small carbon footprint.
Biogas can be produced by anaerobic digestion with anaerobic organisms, which digest material inside a closed system, or fermentation of biodegradable materials. Biogas is primarily methane (CH 4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) and may have small amounts of hydrogen sulfide (H 2S), moisture andsiloxanes. The gases methane, hydrogen, and carbon monoxide (CO) can be combusted or oxidized with oxygen. This energy release allows biogas to be used as a fuel; it can be used for any heating purpose, such as cooking. It can also be used in a gas engine to convert the energy in the gas into electricity and heat. Biogas can be compressed, the same way natural gas is compressed to CNG, and used to power motor vehicles. In the UK, for example, biogas is estimated to have the potential to replace around 17% of vehicle fuel. It qualifies for renewable energy subsidies in some parts of the world. Biogas can be cleaned and upgraded to natural gas standards, when it becomes bio-methane. Biogas is considered to be a renewable resource because its production-and-use cycle is continuous, and it generates no net carbon dioxide. Organic material grows, is converted and used and then regrows in a continually repeating cycle. From a carbon perspective, as much carbon dioxide is absorbed from the atmosphere in the growth of the primary bio-resource as is released when the material is ultimately converted to energy.
