This fancy sounding salad and dressing are actually super simple to make...
Salad
Baby Spinach
Goat Cheese
Dried Cherries
Walnuts
Vinaigrette Dressing
1 cup blackberries
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 cup honey
2 Tbs lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Simply mash blackberries and mix in all other ingredients. Drizzle over salad.
I'll make this next year when we have a fresh Blackberry crop to pick from. Saved to my favs!!!
