make human 0.9.1 is the best program i know for automaticaly making humans in whatever shape you want with little effort, a couple of sliders and thats it.

suicidator city generator v0.41 is great freeware software that lets you make giant cities with a click of a button, the downside is that you need winrar to extract them, this can be found at rarlabs.com
