BUT I AM CURIOUS TO KNOW IF IT"LL WORK ON A OPTICAL MOUSE
I"M 99% SURE IT WOULDN"T THOUUGH BECAUSE IT DON"T WORK THE SAME

Although you got it to light up, I don't think that it will blink when you move the mouse... Other than that great job! Oh, and that video gives me headaches... tooo low of a frame rate!

Really though, if you move it only along the vertical axis, it won't light. The way you have it set up is only for the horizontal axis.

actually if u watch the video it does light up when moved along the vertical axis alone

lol mine is better the whole back of it blinks when I move it. It did this when I bought it.
