One at a time, wrap 4 or 5 pieces of yarn around the pin. The method for wrapping is demonstrated on a pencil so you can see. When you've wrapped the yarn around the pin, push the pin the rest of the way through the eraser.

My friend and I just used two pieces of wood about a foot long each, stuck them together in a T shape and used large rubber bands as the elastic. It's not too hard, instead of looking for some one else's, just draw a cross bow on a piece of paper, simplify it and make it out of wood.
