Ingredients:

500g chicken breast

300ml coconut milk

150g feta cheese

100ml cream

1 mango

1 hand sugared blueberry

1 bunch spring onions

curr, salt, pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the sping onions and the mango in small pieces. Take a bowl and give the half from the feta cheese, spring onions, mango & blueberries it a cup. Sprinkle salt, pepper & curry to it. Mix it together. Cut a bag in the chicken breast and sprinkle salt, pepper & curry all over it. Give a bit cream in the bag and close it with toothpicks. Lay them on a oven plate and crumble the rest feta over it. Place the rest mango, spring onions & and blueberries on the plate. Give the coconut milk, cream, salt, pepper & curry in a cup and mix it. Pour the mix on the plate.

Step 2: Finish

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes and enjoy it with rice or?
