Cut out the pattern and as much you want.
I am cutting out a shorter row than provided.(i.e. as much as I want) in the second picture.

Step 4: Punch Holes...

Punch holes on the cut outs where needed. I used the top part because it will be easier to use, the slender part is on towards the bottom.Just use the basic Idea of the 'portrait' and 'landscape' orientation.

Step 5: Hint You Can Avoid ;)

The holes punched. Also you may guess the pattern I cut out of the purple card.

Step 6: Cut and Pull Through.

Cut the ribbon long enough to make a double ended strap connected to the bookmark.Pull the ribbon through the hole punched.

Step 7: Pull in Through the Loop.

After putting the two strands through the hole pull it out through the loop created , as shown.

Step 8: Seal the Edges.

Seal the edges carefully. The nylon ribbons catch fire very fast! so keep them at a distance from the flame and they will seal.
