Boom Box Music Player

Hello... friends

We can play songs from smartphones via Bluetooth. We also can tune FM radio. We also can play using AUX cable. We can control this boom box using IR remote.And also can play songs with pen drive.

Step 1: WHAT YOU NEED......

Plywood--- to make body

AND

ELECTRONICS

- 12v Power supply

- Amplifier.(here i make amplifier.I also include circuit diagram.)

- Car Bluetooth module

-USB mp3 player module

- Speakers

- Voltage regulator 7805

- Switches

- Push button switches

- IR sensor(TSOP1738)

- 3.5mm Audio female jack

- USB female

- some LEDs and Resistors

- and also wires.

Step 2: To Make Amplifier....

If you don't have amplifier, don't worry

Here is circuit diagram.

soldering all components as per circuit diagram on PCB.

Step 3: NOW Make Wooden Body.

Here i designed this model.and cut the plywood.and joined it. I use wooden glue to join all parts.

and i use drilling machine to cut circles foe speakers.

Notice--

-be careful when you use of wooden saw.

Step 4: Body

here i use plan paper to cover all wooden body.

Step 5: Fix All Switches and Others

all ON/OFF switches,push switches, 3.5mm female audio jack,usb mp3 player module stick on wood.

Step 6: Now Time to Wiring

Here i shows you basic block diagram.

Power supplying all things..

now two wires comes from AC socket,one of them hot wire and another one is neutral wire.

Here we place one (s1)switch at hot wire and connect both to the power supply.

Then after output of power supply set at 12v, And connect +terminal to any one terminal of (s2)switch and second terminal of switch connect Amplifier Vcc. And the GROUND terminal connect ground of the amplifier.

Step 7: Power Supplying for Bluetooth and Mp3 Player Module

here we have 12v power supply we should have to need to regulate it to 5v.

Here we can use LM7805 ic to do it.

now connect positive(+) terminal of 12v to 1 pin of ic.

And ground to 2 pin

Then we get 5v to the output pin 3.

After doing this process supply 5v to he Bluetooth and mp3 module put separate switches to Bluetooth module and mp3 player module.

Step 8: Wiring of Signals

Bluetooth module output is connect to the input of Amplifier.

Now mp3 player module have 3 pins of

G-ground

R-right

L -left

this is audio output pins.

connect it G to amplifier's input ground,R to right and L to left of amplifier input.

all connection of mp3 player module shows in figure.

Step 9: Aux Playing Mode

now connect Amplifier inputs to 3.5mm female audio jack

Step 10: FIX EVERYTHING IN TO THE WOODEN BODY

Fix the speakers and other parts using screws.

and DONE.

BOOM BOX IS READY.
