Hi, I commented that this arch develops 20 pounds of power, enough arc initiation, where it is important to learn the technique, rather than trying to shoot over long distances. We've used with a distance of 20 meters without problems. (see video)
At low power, the rope we use is a line of 2 mm from that used for curtains and are readily available in any hardware store.
