Breakfast on the go!

Another simple recipe and the batter can be doubled and tripled! To make it even more easier, you can freeze the batter :)

Step 1: Ingredients and Method

1/4 c water

3/4 c Kellog's raisin bran (or any all-brand cereal)

1/8 c margarine/butter

1/3 c sugar

1 egg

3/4 c flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 c buttermilk (home made or store bought)

1/4 c raisins (or more if you like)

Pour hot water onto cereal, mix and let soften for a minute, then add in the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine well.

Pour into ramekin/small cup/microwave proof mold lined with cupcake paper and cook for 2 1/4 minutes (for 6 muffins, for 4 muffins 2 minutes long, for 2 muffins 1 3/4 minutes, 1 muffin 1.15 minute)

Enjoy fresh is heaven~
