Introduction: Bread 65
-If you have some left over bread you can prepare this tasty and yummy snack bread 65
-5 slices of whole grain bread or white bread
-one cup All purpose flour
-Half cup corn flour
- Half tsp of Red chilli powder
-pinch of turmeric powder
- Tsp coriander powder
-salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
-water as required to make paste
-2 garlic cloves finely chopped
-1 inch ginger finely chopped
-2 to 3 green chillies
-Few curry leaves
-1tbsp chilli sauce
-1tbsp tomato sauce
-5 tbsp water
Step 1: Cut Bread Slices in to Cubes
-First step is to remove the crust of bread slices and cut them in to small cubes
Step 2: Procedure for Making Paste
-Take a small bowl add one cup All purpose flour,half cup corn flour and give a mix.
Step 3: Add Spices
-Next add half tsp red chilli powder ,tsp coriander powder and tsp of garam masala
Step 4: Add Remaining Ingredients
-Even add pinch of turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, tbsp tomato sauce and salt as per taste.
Step 5: Make Paste by Adding Water
- Mix all added spices with flour.Add little water and make consistency as smooth paste.
Step 6: Frying Bread 65
-Now coat the bread cubes with masala paste and deep fry till they turn golden brown.
-Drain them on tissue paper
Step 7: Tempering Bread 65
-Take a pan and tsp of oil in it.Add cumin seeds. when they splutter add diced garlic,ginger and saute till raw smell disappears
-Add chopped green chillies and fry for few minutes.
Step 8: Add Sauces
-Add chilli sauce,tomato sauce,pinch of salt and give mix .
Step 9: Add Very Little Water
-After adding sauces add very little water.Once water is absorbed add fried bread slices
Step 10: Add Fried Bread Slices
-Now add fried bread slices and mix properly
Step 11: Garnishing
-Garnish with few spring onions .serve hot as it tastes good when it is hot
