A satisfying and easy Breaded Pork cutlet recipe.

Materials:

Pork Cutlets
Eggs
Organic Flour or Panco
Olive Oil

Mustard
Sweet baby Ray's BBQ sauce
minced garlic
onion
black pepper
Tony's Creole rub
chili powder

Candied ginger
Cashews
Dried raisins
Dried cranberries

Meat tenderizer
Glass lasagna tray

Step 1: Tenderize, Breading & Bake

After you have all the necessary ingredients tenderize pork cutlets on wax paper or cutting board.

Dip in whipped eggs, mustard, bbq sauce, pink salt & seasoning mixture.

Next dip egg covered cutlets in Panco or flour & spice breading.

Bake in oven until golden brown 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees or cook in pan with olive oil.

Cover with aluminum foil and let cutlets cook in their own heat for extra tender juicy cutlets.

Plate, Serve & Enjoy!
