Tired of having cereal or pancakes for breakfast? Bring a taste of France into your home by starting your day with delicious breakfast crepes!

Step 1: Mise En Place

Gather and measure all ingredients needed.

1 cup flour
1/4 cup powder sugar
1 cup milk
3 tsp melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt


Step 2: Add Ingredients

A. Mix together the flour and powder sugar.

B. Add the milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla and salt

Caution: After flour and powder sugar, do not mix again until all ingredients are added to create the right consistency.

Step 3: Mixing

Mix ingredients until batter is smooth.

Step 4: Pan Preparation

A. Place crepe pan over medium heat.

B. Spray the crepe pan with non-stick spray.

Step 5: Pouring

A. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto pan.

B. Rotate pan slowly while pouring to create a thin, circular shape.

Step 6: Cooking

A. Cook over medium heat.

B. Flip the crepe once the bottom side is golden brown.

C. Remove from heat once both sides are golden brown.

Step 7: Assemble and Enjoy

A. Fill the crepe with maple syrup, a sprinkle of powder sugar and a few slices of banana.

B. Roll up crepe.

C. Spray whipped cream on top.

I love this!!! I tried it 2day and it was sooo good!!
That sounds like a great combination! I haven't had maple syrup and banana together before but I love them both separate so together they must be amazing :)
