Breakfast Sushi





Introduction: Breakfast Sushi

Step 1: Ingredients

For the crepes:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1tbl butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk

For the breakfast sushi
- 1/2 lb maple sausage
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 diced red pepper
- 1 cup diced bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbl milk
- 1 cup crushed cereal
- 1 tbl sugar

Step 2: Cook Sausage

Cook sausage, onions and red peppers.
Set aside.

Step 3: Make the Crepe Batter

While the sausage is cooking start the crepe batter.
In a bowl mix 2 eggs and 1 cup of flour.
Once it's to hard to mix add a tbl of butter.
Mix 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water.
Mix while slowly adding the milk and water.
Mix very well, no clumps.

Step 4: Make Scrambled Eggs

In a bowl mix 2 eggs and 2 tbl of milk.
Add cheese if you want
Set aside in a bowl.

Step 5: Cook Crepes

Melt butter in a pan on medium heat.
Add a ladle of crepe batter and spread it in the pan.
Cook crepes as shown in pics.

Step 6: Sushi Rolling Station

Step 7: Roll Sushi

Place crushed cereal on a plate.
Place crepe on plate and add a little but of sugar.
Add bacon, egg and sausage.
Roll it up very tightly.
Cut and enjoy !
