This is a great Instructable, but you need to add a main image of the final project to the intro step. Please do that and leave me a message when you have so that we can publish your work. Thanks!

Nicely done, but simple. I'm not sure why you need the preservative. Wine is a way to preserve grape (or any other fruit) juice. I agree with PFiddle about the yeast. Brewers will work in a pince, but there are many other yeasts better suited to making wine.

I've made wine (and beer and much else besides) over 30 years. I would STRONGLY advise one NOT to use baker's yeast. It's the opposite end of the scale to brewer's. All sorts of - not nice tastes will evolve and be enhanced by the alcohol. It's just not worth the disappointment.

although informative, this Instructable is an obvious cut-and-paste fiasco. I was reading about making wine, and the next thing I knew, I was being careful not to make my beer bitter? Confusing. Please clarify, as this could be a very good instructable.
