* A whole banana and a another half of a banana
* 1/2 cup of mixedfruits witch has strawberrys, pineapples, mango, and peaches in it
* 3/4 of Cranberry Apple Raspberry juice
* 1/2 of 2% milk
* 1/2 of light strawberry yogurt
First you will put all that into the blender doesn't matter what you put in first. This will make 5 cups of the smoothie.
Then you will blend the stuff in there make sure its not chuncky or anything blend it in very well.
You will check to make sure it was mixed well.
After that you can taste a little just to make sure you don't want to add anything else in there " you can put a tiny bit of sugar but I pefer not to".
Finally its done you can put it in a glass cup you will need to glass cups because it makes 5 cups of it. Then you can enjoy your drink.
