Introduction: British Sausage Rolls

Hungry? Looking for something with flaky pastry that is hot and savory? You've come to the right place!

Making Sausage Rolls has been a passed down tradition in my family. My great grandmother taught my grandmother, my grandmother taught my mother and my mother has taught me!

We normally make these for special occasions and whenever we have a craving for them!

It's a basic recipe, but I've never never been satisfied with my own. The next time, I'm going to use puff pastry. I should have thought of trying that ages ago! I'm glad other people think differently, otherwise, we'd all be stuck!
