Introduction: Buffalo Chicken Dip!
A great snack for parties/pot lucks! Really easy to make and it only takes 5 ingredients.
Step 1: Ingredients
1 8oz pack of cream cheese 1/2 cup franks red hot (or whatever hot sauce of your choosing) 1/2 ranch dressing 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese About a pound of chicken
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
You can use breast or thighs, what ever you prefer. I used thighs in this instructable. Make sure you cook the chicken all the way through and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Dipping Sauce
Combine ranch, hot sauce, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese in a pot. Cook on low heat to make sure it doesn't burn. Make sure the cream cheese is melted all the way so it's nice and creamy not chunky.
Step 4: Shred the Chicken
This step takes a little time but it's worth it. I just used two forks to shred the chicken. Shred it as fine as you want it. You can also just cut it into chunks, whatever you prefer. Add it to the dipping sauce and mix well so it is evenly combined.
Step 5: Serve With Chips and Enjoy!!!
You can use whatever you want, I just prefer the scoops :)
