Introduction: Buffalo Chili

In this Instructable, I will show you how to make some delicious Buffalo Chili! I find that the instructions that come with regular chili packets just don't have enough substance. So with my mom's assistance, we created Buffalo Chili!

Step 1: The Ingredients.

For this Chili you will need:

Ingredients:
One 14oz. can of Stewed Tomatoes
Two 15oz. cans of Black Bean Soup
Four Ears of Corn
One Small Onion
One Clove of Garlic
One pound of ground Buffalo
Two Cups Chicken Stock
Sea Salt or to taste
Ancho Chile

Utensils:
One Large Pot
A Spoon
A Grill

Step 2: The Corn

Now that you have all of your necessary ingredients, it's time to prepare the corn. First, you need to peel back the husk of the corn and remove all of the nasty corn silk. Second, take the de-silked corn and rinse them under cold water, then re-cover each ear of corn with the husk. Finally take the clean corn and put it into the large pot thats filled 3/4 of the way to the top, just enough to cover the corn. Now let that soak for about an hour.

Step 3: The Corn Cont.

Now that you have clean corn, that has been soaked for about an hour, its time to grill it. Put the corn on the grill for about 15 minutes. And while we wait for the corn to be ready...

Step 4: The Main Attraction

We move on to the main part of the dish, the Buffalo meat. Add the one pound of buffalo to the large pot, with a small amount of olive oil. While it starts to brown, cut up the onion and garlic. Then add them to the browning meat. Then open your cans of Black Bean soup and tomatoes. And add them to the pot also. Then if you prefer your chili a little bit thinner, add a cup of chicken broth.

Step 5: The Final Addition!

Now with your roasted corn, start cutting the kernels off of the cob, be careful with that knife! Then take the kernels and cut them up, so they don't all stick together in one big corn pile. And finally add all of the corn to the pot and mix it in. Now let this simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 6: And Enjoy!

I prefer mine over a side of rice, with a sprinkling of cheese on top. But you can eat yours how ever you want :D
Enjoy!
