Introduction: Bundt Bread With Nuts and Chocolate
This bread contains walnuts, chocolate chunks and pecans. Its nice to eat with peanut butter or chocolate paste.
Step 1: Ingredients and Materials
400 g(grams) of white flour
1/2 tsp salt
70 g sugar
7 g dried yeast
200 g lukewarm milk
3 beaten eggs
125 g soft unsalted butter
75 g chopped pecans and/or walnuts
60 g chopped dark chocolate
23 cm bundt pan
Step 2: Nutlayer
greace the inside of the bundt pan with 25 g of butter
push 50 g of nuts in the butter layer
put the pan in the fridge
Step 3: Activating the Yeast
add 140 g of flour, the sugar the yeast and milk in a bowl and stir.
Let the mixture stand for 30 minutes under a warm moist towel after which it will contain bubbles.
Step 4: Making the Dough
add the yeast mixture to the rest of the flour and add the salt.
add the eggs and stirr or mix while adding the butter untill an elastic dough is formed
add the chocolate and the rest of the nuts and stirr untill everything is mixed well
Step 5: Baking the Bread
Add the dough to the bundt pan
Let the dough stand for an hour in a warm place under a moist towel untill the dough is twice it's size
preheat the oven at 200 C
bake the bread for 45 minutes or a needle comes out clean
