Step 1: Preparation
Cut the onion in pieces and fry it with a bit oil in a large pot. When the onion is golden add Butternut pumpkin pieces. Stir a few minutes and scatter salt, pepper & curry to it. Now add 500ml water and 300ml cream. Stir again a few minutes and cover the pot with a lid.
Step 2: Finish
Let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Now mix everything with a blender to the right texture. Add the basil and mix it again with a blender. Now grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
