Introduction: Butternut Squash and Ravioli
Step 1: Ingredients
1 stick butter
1/2 onion - diced
3 cloves garlic - diced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp cinnamon sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
Set oven to 350. Peel, scoop and cube squash. Toss with cinnamon sugar, salt, and olive oil. Spread on coated baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes
Cook and drain ravioli to package directions
Melt butter in large skillet, whisk, large bubbles will appear then dissipate. Add garlic, onions, brown sugar, and sage. Simmer until tender. Add spinach, simmer a minute more.
Add squash and ravioli to butter, toss to combine- serve and enjoy!
