Cuff from men's shirt (snap is best)
Buttons
Needle & Thread

Cut cuff as close to seam as possible.
Try on. Pinch and mark excess, leaving 1" for seam allowance.
Cut off excess. Sew back together, right-sides facing each other. Iron seam flat, and top stitch on both sides.
