CD-Cases made with old 5 1/4 floppy disks

With old 5 1/4 floppy disks you can make cases for your cd & DVDs. You can use colors too!
I bought them in a garage sales (1000 floppys for u$s 2)
Only needs scicssors and adhesive tags for naming them...

i do that a lot. i figure it makes your cds practicaly theft proof, and its retro-cool. plus i like the irony of storing stuff like dvds or a windows xp install disk inside 5 1/4 inch floppies that have been here sence the beginings of dos.

I collect AOL 5 1/2" Floppy and the 3 1/2" floppys, contact me if you want to get rid of them, I will pay for them and pay to have them shipped

You can also use old 5 1/4 floppy storage file boxes to store cd's...

this is a great idea! the inside of these floppies is already coated with soft felt, so it is perfect! now, maybe a way to bind them into a little booklet?
