Step 4: Making the Pectoral Fins

All right, take that 1/4 sheet of paper and do an accordion fold. That means just fold a small bit and then down, up, down, etc. If any bit that isn't big enough for a fold, cut it off.

*Important* Make the folds big enough so you can put this through the hole in the CDs later.
<p>This is a good project for kids. Although coloring the CD's would give you some more effect i suppose, but that said. A nice instrucable and i have so many unsused CDs. </p>
This is sooooooo cute. You did a great job on your instuctions. I only had one problem, which is nothing, when I went to save the template to word so I could work with it, there was no way to save it from the site. <br> <br>I don't mind though. I did one like this, except it is a pirhana, and I cut a piece out of the cd to make a mouth.
