Get some twine, fishing string, put two CD/DVD's together (back to back), and thread through the big holes in the middle . Making sure the shiny sides...
Cut off about three feet. Tie a knot (double slip knot) to fasten the CD/DVD's together.
Now hang from your porch, roof overhangs, shrubs, or whererever the wind and sun will reach them.
You can use small threaded hooks, thumb tacks, and the like to attach the strings. I have put up many today. They look great catching the wind and sun...
