If you're worried, as a tip, in your home games, always have someone cut the deck with a joker to prevent a top stack as well as bottome dealing.

also everyone ask the guy to the left to cut right before you deal so all the work was for nothing, unless you know a trick for that too

Have an extra card on top, then perform a slip cut that burns this extra card into the deck while making it look like you separated the deck into two halves. Then have the person to the left replace the top half (which he thinks is the bottom).

This will only work if you know what everyone was holding the hand before. Most of the time people fold the cards and randomly toss them into the burnt pile
