* 1 box of taquitos from the freezer section (i use the ground beef and cheese ones)
* 1 can of enchilada sauce (i use mild)
* toppings! (i use 1/2 of a diced red onion, i freeze the other diced half to use later)
* 8 ozs shredded cheese (i use medium cheddar)
