Introduction: CHICKEN CHIMICHANGA (BAKED)
This is a delicious meal made with leftovers. You can use leftover chicken, beef, pork or make it completely vegetarian. It is a classic family dish, both sweet and savory, and if you feel like a little spice just add a few chopped chili's.
The main course is a meat and cheese stuffed and wrapped tortilla, brushed with butter and baked. The sauce is a cream sauce made separately and can be altered by sautéing diced peppers, sliced mushrooms, onions and chili's, this is all based on you personal preference.
