Step 1: HEAT

240ml Milk

180ml Double Cream

60ml Orange Juice

40g Dark Chocolate

40g Milk Chocolate

Chop the chocolate into small chunks. Chop and juice an orange. Bring the milk, cream and orange juice to a simmer on a low - medium heat. Once the mixture begins to simmer, remove from the heat and add the chocolate.

Step 2: TOPPINGS

Top the hot chocolate with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate shavings and orange zest.

Step 3: ENJOY
