180ml Double Cream
Begin by chopping the chocolate into small pieces. In a saucepan, bring the milk and cream to a simmer on a low / medium heat. Once the mixture begins to simmer, remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until chocolate melts.
Step 2: SERVE
Finish by topping with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup.
