Introduction: CNC Build From Scratch for 50$

About: my life through projects

This was an experimental cnc machine that i have made for my brother with limited materials. This cnc machine was build in my home country, where tools and material was hard to come by. The structure is very minimalistic, so few material is required. This would be my 5th cnc machine to build.

The cnc machine was build with recycled part like stepper motors from old printers and using simple rotary bearings as the axis sliding mechanism for the X and Z axis. 2 old inkjet printers were disassembled for it inner liner sliders, it then was combined together to become the Y axises sliding mechanism. The structure of the cnc machine was made from 3/4inch square tubings.

Took around 15-20 day to build it, as most of the days went is hunting for parts. The whole build cost around $50

Any doubt about the building process comment down below.
