CONVERTIBLE HEAD-DESK LAMP (with USB Power Input)

After read flashlight contest announcement, I try to make an instructable although my english is not good enough

In this project I modify LED HEAD LAMP so it can use as a HEAD LAMP with USB Power.

Here it is the material & tool:
Cheap Made in China 12’s LED
Headlamp. I bought it at lokal store for
only +/- Rp 40.000 ( +/- US$ 5)
2 USB Extension Cable
USB Charger
2.5mm Wire, 1m long.
Phillips Screw Driver
Sharp Cutter Knife
Soldering Iron & Solder Tin
