As you have read, CQC is for "unfair" situations, and so obviously manuevers to put your opponent down are necessary in order to disable them.

One of the most basic throws is a hand counter takedown, it is used to counter a punch. As your opponent punches at you, grab their fist with your opposite arm and push your shoulder forward to use as leverage and fling them to the ground. I apologize if I didn't explain that correctly.

The last throw I'm going to describe is an armed opponent takedown, but instead of explaining it I put a picture of an expert doing it on a target.

I want you to take caution when doing this. I am not saying go beat people up, I am using this to show people who are intersted to see what it is.

hey guys the secret to cqc is to defect an offensive move and attack your opponent's vital organs. It is very difficult to use cqc without hurting someone so don't try unless you got a really good lawyer, or at lease a black belt in okinawan martial arts.
