I don't use moviemaker, for I have the glorious FCP. however, I have a suspicion that WMM does not support that particular effect, given that my old editing software (Cyberlink Powerdirector) did not. my advice to you is to get Final Cut Express (199.00) if you are using a mac (which, by the sounds of things, you aren't) or Pinnacle Studio HD ($49.99) if you are using a PC.

if our going to put the glow effect then you can use the dowl to make it easier but that's for beginners. "unless software is limited-LOL"
