Introduction: CUTE MINI ENVELOPE MADE FROM PAPER!

Hi guys!

This instructable is going to show you how you can make a cute mini envelope, Please do not try to post this in a letterbox as it might get lost and we don't want that happening do we?

Anyway, lets get on with the parts list.

You will need a small square piece of paper (15cm x 15cm should be fine) and you will need a pencil or pen to write the message.

Lets move on to step #1

Step 1: Your Square

This is the square that I made and it is about 15cm2.

You will need to fold it diagonally so you can find the halfway mark

Step 2: Fold Your Corners!

In this step you have to fold your top and bottom corners to meet in the middle like pictured.

Once you have done that you will have to rotate your work 90° so the crease is vertical.

Step 3: More Folding!

This step is fairly easy, all you have to do is fold the bottom corner up just past halfway and then move on to the next step.

Step 4: The Tricky Part

OK, Now you can see the envelope forming, all we need to do is take the point of the corner we last folded and fold it down towards you until it is level with the sides.

If this description is to complicated refer to the picture for a more detailed explanation

Once you folded it down you need to "lock" it into the flaps behind it.

Step 5: Nearly Done...

You are almost finished!

All you need to do now is put a message in it and give it to someone or you can frame it and open it in another 5 years or so and find out what you wrote, Or if you don't like any of those ideas it also makes for a great treasure hunt clue holder!

Please note that the written instructions were on a single piece of paper that I turned into a fan afterwards!
