Cocoa powder 40g
Cashew nuts 100g
vanilla 1/2 tsp.
*cake tin should be prepared before beginning to mix the ingredients, have a flat cake tray ready lined with oil paper*
Double boil butter and cocoa powder, keep aside to cool down
Beat the eggs and sugar till creamy, add cocoa mixture and beat well.
with a wooden spoon mix in the cashew and flour, till the flour is disappeared.
pour the mixture in to the lined tray and bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
when done, take out of the oven and keep on a wire rack to cool and top with chocolate sauce or vanilla ice cream and enjoy :)
