- 2 eggs
- 12 tbsp of flour
- 4 tbsp of water
- 4 tbsp of oil (I used sunflower oil)
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp of powder sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp chocolate cream (something like Nutella)
- juice from one orange
- 1 tsp of rum
- for glaze, chocolate and some oil
- colorful sprinkles and something else for decoration
- wooden sticks
Step 1: Biscuit
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar.
Then add the flour, water, oil, baking powder and cocoa.
Whip the egg whites into firm snow and add the mixture to the yolks.
Put the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Add chocolate cream, orange juice, rum and stir all together.
Make balls of it and leave it aside until you use all of the mixture.
Steam melt the chocolate with some oil and make the glaze.
wooden sticks, dip in melted chocolate and then in biscuit balls.
Put the cake pops in styrofoam and leave in the freezer for a bit to cool.
Dip biscuit in glaze and decorate as you wish.

Put them back in the freezer to cool.
